Shipping policy

Shipping - consignment items:
The Consignor is responsible for the shipping of approved items to The Renewal Edit. It is recommended that Registered Post is used to track deliveries as no responsibility is taken for any lost, stolen or damaged to items prior to deliver to The Renewal Edit.

The Consignor is also responsible for the cost of returning any unsold consigned items, as per the Consignment Terms and Conditions. The shipping (Registered Post) will be organised by The Renewal Edit at the Consignor's expense. No responsibility is taken for lost, stolen or damaged items once dispatched from The Renewal Edit.

Shipping - purchased items:
Shipping options are offered at check out - standard shipping or express shipping with pricing for each option listed. Shipping costs are charged in addition to the item's purchase price.

Orders over $250.00 will receive free shipping.

Currently The Renewal Edit is not accepting international orders so all shipping costs are for delivery within Australia only.

Whist every effort will be taken to dispatch orders as soon as possible, The Renewal Edit takes no responsibility for the delivery time of any order and any delays incurred by Australia Post. Express post orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed (orders placed on Saturdays may not be able to be dispatched until Monday and delays may also occur due to Public Holidays). Standard post orders will be dispatched within 72 hours of the order being placed (delays may occur due to Public Holidays).
