Refund policy

Each item is a one-off resale piece, Purchasers acknowledge when buying the item that as the item is likely to have been pre-worn, that the condition varies and is clearly document for each item and that there may be signs of wear. As such, items have been priced accordingly.

Purchasers also acknowledge that even Brand New With Tags (BNWT) items are considered second hand.

Each item is inspected and has a second-hand condition listed with any marks, defects or noticeable signs of wear documented within the description and photographed. The photographs form part of the description.

All sales at The Renewal Edit are final and unfortunately, as the items are second hand we do not accept change of mind and cannot offer returns. In the event that an item is materially different and/or the description does not match the item, please contact The Renewal Edit at therenewaledit@hotmail.com in the first instance.
